  main information: genre: gag comedy, slice of life, cute girls doing cute things season: summer 2019 number of seasons & episodes: 1 season, 12 episodes myanimelist / anilist   this post contains light spoilers i am not necessarily a fan of the cute girls doing cute things (cgdct) genre, but it usually heavily depends on the content and theme of the show, as quite a number of them are simply showing "hey we just drew a bunch of cute girls because we can" that would get boring after a few episodes in my opinion. plus there is a whole manga magazine dedicated to this genre (manga time kirara), so honestly unless it has a really attractive premise then normally i would skip a cgdct show. wasteful days of high school girls gives me a refreshed feeling of how i feel about cgdct. i've already heard that this show is basically the female version of the 2012 daily lives of high school boys , as i pretty much enjoyed the former, so maybe i would like wasteful days of high ...
